I am a long time client of Zales and I have been coming to this particular store for a few years now but after this last experience I will take my business elsewhere. It took 2 months to finally have my wife's ring sized and ready when it should have taken 2 weeks. People kept forgetting to get back to me and in the end I still had to pay a fee (nominal as it may have been) when I had warranty for all the pieces. People are nice but they have to step up their customer service skills.

Called to ask a question and I couldn't even finish saying what my question was to the lady, she kept interrupting me with answers that were irrelevant. Work on your customer service at the end she didn't really answer my question fully and I wasn't going to continue to ask the rest of my questions cause she irritated me. Not a happy customer.
