Terrible customer service. I was there today, waiting to pay had the worse experience ever. After waiting in line for almost 10 min. the cashier just left after I had already asked herself if I was lined up in the right place, she said yes; so I thought she would be back...3 minutes later she wasn't back, so I asked the cashier on the other side of the register, he said that she left and he was the only one now. I told him that I was waiting already for more than 10 min (lets not forget...there I am with my 5 months old baby and 70 yrs old mom), so he said to come around that he will assist me, after grabbing again all my stuff and going to the other side, he changed his mind and started assisting the other customers on his line. Of course the customers on the other thought I was skipping the line and started to look mean at me, I just stood there waiting for him to call me but he seem afraid of the other customers and just ignored me. Eventually the other cashier showed up again , so I asked her if she could ring me up... she just laughed. At this point I look at the male cashier and asked him, so where do I go? Are you just going to leave me standing here? His reply.... "I don't know... I just work here". While everyone else in line just laughed at me. Embarrassed and in disbelief (and crying) I just left and asked for a manager, Mr. Terrel came and gave me a vain apology, made us walked to the other side of the store and I was finally able to pay for my item. This was my first and last time at Macy's.
