Insurance called them I called them twice, all we got was a automated answering service. Drove all the way there and was told I need to make a appointment which was a week away. Sorry I don't need this kind of service. Plenty other places will be pleased to have my business which I will be going to.

This guys are great. I had Ford explorer 2016 with cracked open front bumper i took it to Auto Werks and i spoke with David really nice guy he explain me the whole process of repairing my car i also told him that i use my car every day and i have 3 kids to drive them to school and back home and i was doing project in San Diego with my brother in law so i couldn't just leave my car for few days and wait for the part so he suggest to order the parts and mach the color paint and have everything ready he would call me to install everything same day. I thought that is great idea. After they hot the parts they called me to bring my car but when they removed the bumper they found additional damage so had to leave the car but even then they managed to get the parts in 2 days and call me after 2 days willing to stay after hours for me to pick up the car but i couldn't do it that day because i needed another driver with me to pick up the car and David offer me to pick me up from home so i can get my car. I've repaired my previous cars to another places but this guys are awesome, they are really professional the paint job was great there was no orange peel on the paint it was just like from a factory I'm really pleased from their good job and the way they treat the client. Thanks guys

I was referred by my friend to Autowerks to repair my Prius. They were extremely professional and provided me with constant updates on my repair status. Bill and David went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle came out perfect and on time. I was extremely happy to get my car back looking like it was brand new again. Thank you Autowerks for the great service and quality repair.
