My experience with town tire and automotive has not been a good one, first time customer, I went into town tire automotive back in December 2017 to get my car fixed, franks father quoted me to change out some parts on the car, I agreed, the work was done and it seemed to be fixed upon my own personal inspection, so I paid and left a happy customer, the issue returned again within 30 days of the repair, I returned to the shop and I was told to bring the car back in so it could be repaired under warranty, the car seemed to be fixed again and I was assured that it was taken care of and that the problem was gone, a week later it returned, same issue I went in for fixing and was eventually told that parts are hard to get on the weekends and that it was "Super Bowl Sunday, so you know how that is." So I agree to bring the car back in during the week, as I was advised that would be a better time for an efficient repair, I returned today to a very dumbfounded owner telling me he has no idea what my car needs, and that his son is the one that knows and that I just need to bring it in on Saturday(which I was already told not to do) i tried really hard to be patient with these guys but I am only left with disappointment and regret, I'll never return to this shop again.
Also, Frank senior, it's not nice to put clipboards in front of people's faces and stand over them when they're sitting down, appreciate the hospitality.

I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs to have their vehicle serviced Frank senior Frank jr. And Daisy are very professional and helpful when it comes to your vehicle.

My experience has been very quite different. They told us our car would be fixed on by the evening. Instead we ended up getting it 24 hours after we dropped it off. (No problem, work can be a hassle.) Some things were altered on our vehicle without our knowledge. (This is a problem.) For example our car A/C used to be very efficiently cold and now just shoots out lukewarm air. Now, you must be wondering we went in with an A/C Problem. No, we went for lining our steering wheel and problem with our front tires being loose. We paid good money to have the A/C the way it worked and now that it's altered we are going to have to pay again for it. Thanks, I guess.... Thanks for changing the A/C especially on the days we've been hitting 100°F in the day and 90°F at night. I wish we had the same experience as the people here did. I drive with the bitter disappointment that our vehicle is an oven now.

This is hands down the best place to meet all your vehicle needs from tires, brake changes to automotive repair. Frank and his son are very honest on what your vehicle really needs and doesn't need. I highly recommend this place to everyone
