I came here today with my younger sister to purchase her first car. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service we got here. Angeles Gomez was extremely exceptional and so incredible. We definitely recommend her if you are looking at getting at buying a car! 

In the past we had have horrible experiences at dealerships. But this was far beyond our expectations, she definitely took care of us and made the process easy. She worked with what we were comfortable with and made sure my sister didn't feel pressured. We have been car hunting for months and are so happy we decided to come to Ross Nissan. If it wasn't for Angeles being so patient and kind with us,I don't think we would've gotten the car today. If we could give her more than 5 stars, we would!

Thanks Ross Nissan for having such an amazing employee! We will definitely be back for future buying opportunities.

Was the worst experience ever. Previous to my arrival I had called in to make sure everything was good to go to get maintenance in my car, the representative stated everything was good to go. Upon my arrival I was told, by the representative to whom was very rude and unprofessional,  they wouldn't validate the verbal approval by the representative unless I had something in writing. Approval was given to me verbally, even though I gave them the representatives name they stated they wouldn't validate it. I was told there was nothing they can do. Not only did I have to get out of work early and miss out on my hours but I had to drive all the way out there for nothing. Waist of my time. I will definitely not recommend this location to any of my family members or friends who already own a Nissan.

Ross Nissan is an excellent dealership! As a first time car buyer, n I walked in with very litter expectations, but  walked out happy and with a new car! All of the service people were warm, friendly, and did their best to "take care of me"! Ask for Angelica, Robert or Garland Latta (Manager), they will take care of you!

This is the second car Ive purchased from Ross Nissan and this time around was able to meet and work with Mr. Garland Latta and Mr. Jonah Jones. We were able to start the conversation about a purchase and the process over the phone when I couldn’t make it into the dealership and they were very kind and understanding and responsive, never pushy, very open and very honest. I can’t say enough good things about these two employees and would recommend Mr. Latta to anyone looking for a purchase or even just advice about Nissan or the process of buying a car.  Especially if you’re super nervous like I was!  It was a great and easy experience all the way around.
