It's not a bad price for an automatic car wash. Car comes out pretty clean but the windows are a little spotty. It's fast. Location is convenient. I would go again once in awhile.

Just took my Suburban to get washed. Paid for the Ultimate wash and an additional $4 for the Rainx. Terrible job. Lots of salt still in my car. The people wiping down the car had soiled rags. There are sticky streaks that I have all over my car. Looked like scratches at first. I would have had a better job going to their self serve bay. Won't be returning. I'm very disappointed, I was hoping I found someone who could was our car, instead of doing it ourselves. I wish I could post the pictures I took.

Loved the service and staff here. Great with specials and service was very quick. Store inside is very clean. They make the process seamless

Went through a full service car wash and had my wiper ripped off.  They tried to re-install it but it was too bent up.  The manager claimed that there are warning signs and it was my fault. They were willing to do absolutely nothing.  My car is 6 months old and a new pair of wipers cost just under $100 from the dealer.  Very poor response and zero customer service.

Nice people but you have to tell them what to clean and it still doesn’t even come out all the way clean. They rushed the vacuum/ missed some spots. Also Other car washes Dry your floor mats and leave your car looking much cleaner for less money. I always go to montgomery hills car wash in silver spring, I tried something new and I am very disappointed. Montgomery hills also throws in a free air freshener with their ultimate wash. Thank you but I won’t be back.
