I have been a very happy customer of this car wash location until about one hour ago. I went to go and get a car wash after very long time of going without one, so I was extremely upset to find a brand-new scratch on the interior of my car when I got in. It was the first thing that caught my eye because I know it was not there before. Especially since I just organized and cleaned out my car, so I could have it washed. I found it on my glovebox drawer where I had just put napkins in right before entering the car wash. So I returned back immediately to notify the people of it... and to my surprise they absolutely did nothing. They even said that it was not them and that I must have kids who kick up on my dash board. Being a 20-year-old in college as a full-time student, I find this hard to believe how I would have a child in my front seat. I explained how I have been going to this Car wash ever since I got my own car and even before with my mother when I was younger. This has never happened before and I thought they would at least try to help or say sorry but none of that happened. They just denied it was even them. Really upset with their customer service and will not being going back to finish my works wash pack.

Just went there yesterday. I was amazed at how little care they took. The exterior looked great because the robotic machines do all the work but the detailing was atrocious. It’s like they decided not to do the floors. They didn’t even at least vacuum? The only detailing they did was clean the windows. I was shocked. Waste of money despite how cheap it is, don’t go.

I LOVE this car wash! I get the Rain-X washes and have been satisfied with the service fir the eight years I brought it to this location in Maryland! Great staff and they're very thorough! I will miss going there, but I do recommend Touchless Car Wash to anyone in that area!

I just got back from having my car washed at this location. I had a bad experience. The Basic package includes the cleaning of 2 plastic floor mats. I had to ask for this service, otherwise, they would not have done it. The vacuuming was awful I could still find pieces of the grapes I was eating this morning. When I got my car back, the back seat was all wet and the door was damped. They didn't even dry the floor mats. Overall a bad experience. I am never going back.
