Used to be one of the best car washes around about 5 years ago but it was the volume they have been getting, quality has been sacrificed we only go there when it's our last option but if we have the time we will travel to another car wash. I always have to go back home and grab my rag to clean the items they have missed. Overall 3-star until they improve if they ever will. Prices are okay but there are better pricing other places and you get more cleaning for for the same price somewhere else. Will update my review again if I visit one more time.

Actually my experience in this place was very bad, I paid 15 dollars for the service by washing and drying and they left the whole car wet and dripping. When I asked one of the employees if he had finished the job he said yes, your car is ready, I asked him again because he had left the car dripping with water and he told me: this is the service you are paying 15 dollars. I said ok it's fine but here I do not come back anymore.
First time here and last time here !!
Do not waste time in this place and do not give away your money for bad service.
VERY BAD SERVICE !!!

Good price 49 bucks a month and I get my car vacuumed and washed  every day if I want. Yes it's worth it . Other places charge 20 bucks each time . I have kids and need to clean my car at least once every weekend. That's 80 bucks a month! That means I save $31! Nice staff , they all work together to clean the cars.

Get your car washed well in an automatic system at Germantown Auto Spa. The only drawback is that they do not include brake dust removal in the lower price tiers. Also, everything but the lowest priced service includes  hand towel drying. Good place to get your car washed, but lines can be long at times and the wait is usually very long for the interior services.
