They charge you $4.50 to make your payment online. They call it convenience fee. I regret doing business with this predatory lending company. I had to take the high interest because of bad credit. People: stay away from this companies. Is better to drive a pice of s%=÷ that cost you $1000 than loose thousands with this people. One day somebody is going to suit you and you will have to give back all the money that you take from people with bad credit.

Stay away from this company!!!! They only care about money! Stay away!!!! I had a representative just try to talk over me on phone calls and we got into a yelling match and he tells me I'm wrong for speaking over HIM!! Then yells F#%#$K when I tell him I can't speak to him anymore. I lost my job and asked for a 2 month extension. They tell me no problem at first then tell me a week later they denied it because I didn't have a job! That makes no sense! So I get my job back and now they want to deal with me. Stay away! Horrible customer service and horrible rates and horrible work ethic!

Well first issue is the dealership told me I would get a refund due to the dealership was unable to get the pay off from Flagship because they were closed. So they estimated my pay off value from my Credit report. I told the dealership well the credit report is two months behind at that point and I had a payment due the next day. The dealership said then I would get a refund from the bank for the difference and that I should call Flagship and tell them I want to hold off on the payment the next day. Unfortunately, I had auto debt set up for my car payments to come out on time EVERY month and the next day the payment was already taken out. So keep in mind now we are talking THREE months over and above the payoff value. So the next day the lady that processed my loan was able to get hold of flagship and get the pay off value. The dealership sent me proof when they sent the pay off and also when Flagship was paid off. So I waited almost a month to receive some kind of refund check, I contacted Flagship and spoke with a representative and the lady told me that I wouldn't get a refund because the dealership didn't send them the amount I was told and Flagship received the check from the dealership late after the pay off time frame. Because of that I was charged interest EVERY day that the car wasn't in my hands, the dealership had it. I told the lady that I received an email of how much was paid and when they sent the check and she said that its not true. I argued back and forth with flagship and finally hung up.... I left the issue alone...... Now I paid my car off in MAY with flagship and again NEVER paid a late payment and even OVER paid for the car! Now in July as I'm under contract to buy a home, I get a call from my lender that flagship reported that I paid my car late in march 30-59 that they just randomly reported to my credit. I have bank statements that I never had a problem paying my car and never was late. For the month of march I paid on time and my credit score dropped 20 points because of these people. I'M so upset and want to warn people this bank is not WORTH it! I understand at that point I didn't have good credit and flagship was all I could get at the time but ive worked so hard to get my credit score where it is now and I'm able to buy a home and these people are still messing up! I want my money back and I want you to remove this FALSE report you reported to my credit !

A complete scam! If this company approves you for a loan...RUN FAST! They have taken payments from me and did not apply them to my loan

I know I am in the minority here but I called flagship today and the lady was extremely helpful and very friendly.
