I have been a patient here for about 5 years. I love this office. They are always so nice and welcoming. Angel is by far the best dental hygienist I have ever had. She is thorough and always give me useful feedback about how I can be taking care of my teeth and gums. Dr. Bacon is a great dentist. He always asks if I have any questions or concerns and is efficient. The office atmosphere is great, and I love their use of technology to confirm appointments. They can call, email or text appointment reminders. I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone.

Were visiting from out of town and needed emergency care, totally recommend this place. 

Staff and doctor were very helpful and amazing.

Even pushed us in to a root canal specialist right away.

Current NAU student without insurance (2018). Dealing with a painful tooth with no idea what to do. The staff of Flagstaff Dental were incredibly helpful and supurbly kind. They helped me keep things as affordable as possible. They were upfront and honest, and sympathized with my position, helping me out with multiple options before I even had to ask.

A great team and great doctors. Extremely impressed and highly recommended.

I'm new to Flagstaff and found Downtown Dental to have a lot of excellent reviews on Google, so I made an appointment and I was not disappointed. The hygenist I saw (Jamie) was very friendly and thorough, as was the gal who did my x-rays. Dr. Lerud explains things well and has a welcoming attitude. They also do a great job at getting you in for an appointment promptly!   Would recommend!

I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Bacon and his crew at Downtown Dental. They're always friendly and professional and really take an interest in me as person, not just as a patient/client. I've been going here for years and can't think of a single reason to go anywhere else. :)
