Took our Godson and his friend, ages 11 and 12. They did 4 of the 5 courses due to time restrictions on our part. Extreme is an appropriate word to describe this adventure. The boys loved it and didn't tire after 2.5 to 3 hours. I STRONGLY SUGGEST HIRING A GUIDE if this is your first time with such an experience or if there are children involved. We could not have helped the boys in all the ways Peter, our guide, did. In fact, I could not have done even the first course myself much less help the boys. My husband could have, but he would not have been able to help in the way Peter did. Peter had been a teacher. His skills at encouraging and helping the boys were excellent as he never had to actually physically help though he could have & would have. Instead Peter was able to give help and advice with words that enabled the boys to do every step by themselves. If the boys want to continue with this type of adventure, I would hire Peter to work with them as he would be able to help hone the boys' skills keeping them safe as well as making them more proficient.

This is awesome. And really hard. I consider myself to be in decent shape and it was still very challenging. You can tell some real thought was put into the layout and the staff was super nice. We paid about $60 each, totally worth it. As long as you're not afraid of heights, I absolutely recommend trying this out.

Lots of fun. Different from other courses I have done. Got pretty high up! Was extremely windy the day we got to go. Not a big crowd.

Tons of fun! Challenging and stressful at times (especially the ladders), but was an overall amazing experience. The guides were helpful, they gave good advice for some of the tougher challenges and encouraged you if you were having a difficult time. I very much recommend Flagstaff Extreme, it’s a blast!

Hours of fun. Difficulty levels for everyone. Staff (Isabel) was entertaining enough to keep interest during the safety demo. Bring gloves and water, or you can buy them there. Recommend.
