Strange experience. We stayed two nights and NEVER interacted with an owner/manager in person. Upon arrival, I called the owner who okayed our visit and negotiated which sites I could park in. Left money daily in an envelope, deposited in a slot in the front door. Plenty of shade from tall pines. Shower/bathroom was rustic (I've seen better at state parks), but they had plenty of hot water & did the job. It's pretty in spots but loaded with full-timers who are reclusive but cordial. I will most likely stay there again next time we go through Flagstaff.

Some road and train noise, but great location!  Near shopping, Home Depot, restaurants (including Pita Jungle), DVD redbox, etc.  We stayed 3 nights and booked only a few days in advance on Labor Day weekend, and we were very happy they had an opening!  A lot of other reviews are negative which gave us pause, and our pull through spot was near the road (so there was some road noise), and there was some muddy areas in the park, but we really enjoyed staying here and would come back.

The lady at the desk for checkin was very nice. The park was neat and clean and lots of great shade. The site was nice with 50 amp of power no extra charge.  We will stay here again when we pass thru town.

We stayed here for a week over the 4th of July, and enjoyed it. The staff was friendly any time that I needed them. It does seem that the majority of the park is full of long-termers, which doesn't bother us, but the overnighters are put near the road, so you don't get as secluded of sites. One of the laundry rooms didn't really have laundry machines in it, but the other facility was fine.
