When I arrived at Flammer Ford in Spring Hill FL looking for my first brand new car, I didn’t know what to expect. Mark Dumovich-salesman - was awaiting my arrival outside the front door when I arrived. He proceeded to show me and took me for a test drive in the 2018 Ford Escape I had called ahead about. He explained the features of the vehicle to me and never one time did I feel pressured to purchase this or any other vehicle. He was very personable, professional and knowledgeable about the vehicles. He led me step by step through the purchasing process without treating me like I was stupid because “I was a woman”. He, along with the rest of the sales team, were so friendly and respectful, making me feel very comfortable. I am so happy I went to Flammer Ford, giving me a memorable first time experience with purchasing my 2018 Ford Escape.  I would highly recommend this dealership! Thank you Mark for making this such a great experience for me! I love my new car!

I paid for “The Works”: an oil change and topped off fluids for $39.99. I knew my check engine light was on. They wanted $80 to do a diagnostic (which is extremely overpriced). I opted not to get it and went home, where I discovered they didn’t top off all of my fluids, one of which wasn’t even touched! How many other times have they said they “topped off” your fluids without even doing so. I will not longer trust the service department of Flammer Ford. I felt taken advantage of and lied to. 

If you need an oil change, just go somewhere else. It’s cheaper and they’ll do it RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.

We worked with Judy and she was so helpful. We were buying a family car after almost 28 years and it was a very hard decision to make. She went over everything and took her time with us and explained everything we needed to know. She answered all of our questions and went above and beyond finding the perfect car to suit the needs of our family.

Flammer Ford hands down is one of the best car purchasing experiences. No nonsense, to the point and they will work to take care of the customer. A number of years ago we worked with Art on our first Flammer purchase. Art, and the team were very accommodating and got us exactly what we were looking for. Fast forward and I am glad Art is still a part of the Flammer team! As he was the first time, Art was very helpful and understanding of our requirements. He guided us through this car purchase and trade-in process. It took very little time to come to a price that made sense to both of us. As far as I am concerned Flammer can always be taken at face value.  Everyone who greeted us from Sales to Finance were friendly and helpful, thank you as well Dave and Mike! The entire Flammer experience again was a positive one. Looking for a ride, go see Art and team! Thanks!

Great customer experience, very clean and updated dealership. I found the perfect vehicle for my family on line at this dealership. It was priced right, the only reason why I gave them 4/5 stars is because saleman did not know much about the SUV I purchased (did not know it was 4wd). It was a fast and flawless transaction. I live 3.5 hrs away from dealership so was very nervous about driving that far and them not having the SUV by the time I got there, but they kept in touch with me and everything worked out great. They even filled the tank up for me for the long ride home! Thank you!
