I recently had Barney's mount tires that I provided onto my motorcycle and it was a good experience. A few days later while putting air in my flat back tire I discovered the leak was from the threads on the valve stem separating from the rubber. When I called the service department to ask if they changed the stems when they did the mount I was told that I didn't provide stems so they were not changed but they have them available for $2 a pop and they could repair it during my up coming appointment. Only after asking about it  I was told I was going to have to pay almost $100 for them to pull my tires off again to replace the stems... I know I shouldn't have assumed that stems were included in mount and balance like at any car dealer but they should have told valve stems were not included and strongly suggest I change them...  Update as you can see the owner called me to apologize and fix my problem but when I called to talk to the manager as instructed from the owners voicemail he couldn't take my call and hasn't bothered to call me back.

Craig and Josh are amazing service personnel.  Kevin the tech is a wealth of information.  Great pricing and fast quality service.  Parts guys make me feel at home too, not complaining when I'm on my phone or pacing the showroom.

We  Had a small little problem with a bike and the owner of Barney's called my father personally and is making things right I am very pleased in how he call and wants to do the right thing it should be more shops out there like this guy I thank him personally for calling my dad and making things right... thankyou so much...

Of course when you start using a new shop to work on your toys you are a little skeptical and nervous at first but I went into Barney's Yamaha with confidence and I have yet to be dissatisfied! Amazing staff great selection and they take care of you 100%. Highly recommended!
