I'm in love with my new 2017 Grand Cherokee Altitude. Bill K. was so patient when dealing with me (which is not easy). He kept in constant contact with me  during the week. I had very specific needs and wants and ALL of them were met. I feel as though I received a phenomenal deal. And I can't say enough about Ron! Believe or not we all shared a lot of laughs and had a good time when making the deal! We will definitely be back when it's time for our next vehicle purchase! Thank you guys!

I can remember when we bought our first car from Crystal.  The experience was wonderful!  We didn't stop at just buying one car over the years, we have purchased at least 4 over the past two and half years from the same dealership and the same salesperson, John Hurst.  They take pride in helping you get the car you want.  Everyone from the finance department to the service department go out of their way to help you out!  They are always there to help you in anyway they can to make your visit memorable.  Our visits are always A+.  We have recommended Crystal Dodge of Brooksville to many of our friends and they have purchased their cars from them too.  Their comments are:  they aren't pressured, they are friendly, and John Hurst is there to help in anyway he can.  Their experiences with Crystal were wonderful too!  Yes, I would continue to purchase all my cars from Crystal and recommend them with top honors!

Used the to tune up my jeep and get some other work done. They did a great job. I found everyone to be super nice and very knowledgeable. I will be using them again.

Todd Needles is the nicest and most respectful salesman I have ever had the pleasure of working with. My last car purchase was a disaster and this one was a blessing. We were treated so nicely, informed thoroughly and treated respectfully, a rarity in this day and age. I encourage you to look Todd up if you're in the market for a new vehicle. It will be well worth your time and investment.

We bought a used Chrysler Town and Country 3 months ago and it has been nothing but problems.  One day after purchase the door handle breaks off the rear sliding door. I'm told $300 to fix because of no warranty.  After driving it for only a few days I  notice that the vehicle gets stuck in 1st gear and the only way to correct it is to turn off and start up again.  We had diagnostics run and they can not figure out the cause here we are 3 months later and still happens randomly.  One month into ownership and the ac isn't working.  $900 later to fix that and now the rear ac isn't working either that will be another $800! Maybe I just have the worst luck possible with this vehicle or it's a lemon either way I will never purchase this brand again and I'm already trying to figure out if I can trade it in before something else goes wrong. We decided against buying from a private party because we felt we would get a better vehicle from a dealership.  A vehicle that would have been inspected but we were obviously wrong. I find it hard to believe between the transmission, the front ac, the back ac and the door handle none of these issues were forecasted during their 125 point inspection.  I wouldn't recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.
