I came here because I saw a 4.3 rating on Google with over 100 reviews (very difficult to get). I am proud to say that Flannery will be my veterinarian for as long as I am in the Hudson Valley. The doctor for my cat, Dr. Massucci was very gentle and spoke to my cat with care and love. I was pleasantly surprised with how thoroughly the doctor explained my cats health. I also love the staff here. They are very organized, polite, and use a invoice system that breaks down the price of every diagnostic, medication, and service. I am extremely satisfied with Flannery, me and my 2 cats have never been treated so well at a veterinarian.

Dissatisfied that it cost me $476.00 to get my dogs ears cleaned, medicine drops given and blood work taken ( that was only discussed but not agreed too).  I walked out of the veterinary hospital talking to myself and really upset.  I’m pretty sure any other place would have charged less than half of the cost I had to pay.

Wonderful people during a difficult time with our Pooch, Alli, I highly recommend this place they were very sensitive to her needs and ours age it was time to say good-bye. I can't say enough, thank you for everything.

Staff very friendly, they do a great job making sure you and your pet are  comfortable. They are very understanding and do their best to accommodate you.
