First of all, I needed a plumber on that day as I would be without water until the repair was completed. The technician was about an hour early and had to wait about 10 minutes for me to return home. He could not do the repair right away because he had not seen a set-up like I had. He said he would do another job and return in about 2-4 hours. It was just over 6 hours later, but I was glad to have someone come on the same day to do the repair. He brought another plumber alone to help diagnois the problem. Within one hour the job was complete and even though he had to do some extra work, he held to the original quote (flat rate!). Overall an excellent job. Thanks for coming on the same day and completing the job. John Rieder

Received super service. The service man that arrived was great. He showed me where my toilet was leaking and after he removed it I was shocked. The entire floor was rotted away and I never knew. They replaced the flooring and piping. Great job and was done very quickly. Will be recommending them to my neighbors.

We had a very difficult experience with the remodel, unfortunately, but in the end the project WAS completed to our satisfaction. Ryan and Les were knowledgeable and professional, but our bathroom remodel turned out to be more involved than I had hoped. We had some plumbing issues that required replacement - a cost we didn't plan on. It also added extra time on to the project. I will say, the guys at Flat Rate were still a pleasure to work with - even when I was on them about time and money.

Very polite and respectful people. I needed them for a plumbing issue and they we able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly. Definitely recommend them to anybody needing help with plumbing. They will be my first choice for problems that may arise in the future!

Our kitchen sink was clogged, and I could not unclog it. I called Flat Rate to come and unclog it and they were very helpful. They offered great advice and tips so it wouldn't happen again. The price was fair, and the service was great! Will recommend them to friends and use them for future plumbing issues.
