I am writing to add an additional review. We had Chris out to install our new dishwasher. We were not able to be home and it seems he left the house cleaner then when he got there! I was not expecting all of the packaging material to be taken care of. He also took away the old one. When I got home it was all ready to use! We are so happy with the install :)

Ed and his team were GREAT! We did a basement remodel project with Turek's Plumbing and we are very happy with our results! From design to completion they helped understand our needs and got it done around our schedule (very important since we have kids running around). We had lots of questions that were all answered in a timely manner. And, the quality is great! We love love love our new basement!! We highly recommend them for plumbing and also their remodel services!

Jeremy was a genuine and knowledgeable technician.  He went the extra mile in explaining things and making sure we were taken care of.  I will only call Tureks for any of our plumbing needs.

My appointment was set up with Joleen.  She was friendly and professional on the telephone.  I felt she cared about helping solve my issues and expressed back to me very concisely what my issues were.  I also received a call the day of my appointment to make sure everything was still good on my end.  My field rep was Jeremy.  Prior to arriving, Jeremy called to let me know he was close so I was prepared for our appointment.  I received an appointment confirmation email with his picture, so I knew what he looked like.  Jeremy was professional, pleasant to talk with and really showed he cared about my issues and offered several ideas for meeting my goals or why I call Tureks to begin with.  Also, I wasn't sure what they would be able to do, if anything, as this was for a quote.  I was glad Jeremy was able to do most of what I wanted the quote for.  I thought the price was very good for the work performed and I was impressed with Jeremy's speed and quality.

Jeremy Installed an R.O. System for my mother in law and she was so thankful for all his help.  She was concerned about her old system being a  fire hazard and Jeremy not only removed and installed a new system, but went above and beyond to call her in the evening to check up on her and make sure everything was working well.  Kudos to Turek"s Plumbing for having such wonderful individuals working for them.

Very friendly, timely service! Felt like I was getting a fair quote on service. Second time using Turek’s and wouldn’t use anyone else for our plumbing needs.
