I chose Fresh Bakery to make the desserts and favors for my wedding, and I was very impressed! We had a small, simple carrot cake for our sweetheart cake, and chose to do five flavors of mini cupcakes for our guests. Our favors were "his and her favorite" cookies, and they completed my cookies as a special order (unfortunately they do not make plain peanut butter cookies for my husband). Our guests loved the cookies and the mini cupcakes were a hit! People loved that they could try multiple flavors since the cupcakes were the perfect size.

The sweet potato pie here is amazing. I purchase a whole one for Christmas and ate the whole thing by myself in two days. It was so good, best sweet potato pie I’ve ever eaten. I also love the apple pie cupcakes. I will be buying more sweet potato pies 😋

The dessert here is petty good, but the customer service is horrible. I have been supporting this business for many years ( since they were located at Owings Mills Mall). But the customer service has gotten progressively worse. On my last and final visit I was placing my order and the person behind the counter was so distracted by another customers conversation that she completely ignored my order. I had to repeat myself several times and it still wasn't correct. Finally I said to her you are so distracted this is not cool. She said sorry I'm just trying to hear what she saying and continue to ignore me. I was so frustrated by the time I left that I will never be returning to this location. This is the closest bakery to my house but I will be driving 30 minutes away from now on to go to a bakery with better customer service.

I had the pleasure of having these cupcakes for my son & daughter in law's gender reveal. The entire experience was professional and exceptional.  The made them to my exact request. The snickerdoodles were DEVINE!!! Everything ready on time. My party could not stop raving about how fresh and delicious they were.  If you ever have the opportunity just stop in the bakery and taste the love in these cupcakes!!!

Very disappointed in the service of fresh bakery. I called ahead of time to place an order and when I went to pick them up the order was incomplete. I was told I was getting one thing and got something else. When I asked about the other half of my order I was told there was nothing they could do. This is after I had to go back and forth with the lady of what she told me. Extremely poor customer service will be taking my services somewhere else.
