Excellent work with attention to detail, great communication.  Owner is actively involved, have used this company for several years, never had an issue or disappointment.  They do a great job and keep prices reasonable by delivering a great product without a lot of fluff: they show up on time, do a great job, make sure you are satisfied and that's it.  I don't need free coffee, just my car spotless in and out and and that's what they do.  5 stars, will continue to use and send my friends to them!

Got an interior detail done today, Chris came to my home and did a fantastic job. I couldn't be happier, highly recommend!!

Used them a second time today 11/27/17 for an interior detail, they came out to me and did it while I was at work. Just an amazing job and couldn't ask for anything better, I asked the guy if he traded out my car for a new one cause it looks brand new inside. They aren't lying when they say they don't leave any crack or anything untouched. If I could leave 10 stars I would.

I've brought them 2 of my personal vehicles and I'll gladly refer anyone to them. They sparkled up my monster suburban before my family reunion and did it to specs in which my low immune system mother could ride in comfort. Even deep cleaned out a civic for resale. Nearly factory finished.

These guys are simply awesome! Great quality work for the right price! I got the basic flawlles package and it removed 99% of minor scratches, bird drop smudges, tree sap, and bug tar. They showed up on time and called 30 minites prior to confirm appointment. I also had them clean out my front lights and they turned out like new! Not to mention they come to you! Nothing else needs to be said! Worth every penny!

Had a 0800 appointment, I told him I needed as close to floor room as possible, no wet shampoo, and a full detail of inside and out, engine and trunk. 3 hours later I paid $165. Bugs all over the front grill and bumper, fingerprints and smudges all over rear glass (from kids), white streaks and buildup from wax left all over black vehicle, trunk mat was wet, floor mats in front and trunk not vacuumed. Very disappointed, and now I have to do it myself because I am PCSing to Germany tomorrow and can't fail my vehicle drop of inspection. Would love my money back! I should have never paid.
UPDATE (Same day):  Owner of Flawless Detailing contacts me to apologize and offers to correct the errors at my convince or if unable to correct the issues, offered a full refund. Another employee arrived at my hotel quickly to correct everything and did a great job. This company means business and clearly stands by their workmanship! Effort to do the right thing goes a long way.
