I love this place! The staff is amazing especially the young lady that checks me in every day. She is incredibly efficient and always offers me the best for my money. She always has great suggestions and I have not noticed any “pushiness” as said on other reviews. All the staff is very professional and hard working. I own three very large dogs and travel a great deal for work and they always get my car in perfect shape for my upcoming meetings. I can’t recommend this place enough.

The lady at car wash is very nice, and respectful. And she has always been ever sense she has worked here. This is a very respectful car wasn.

They do a good job and the price is right.  I agree with some other posts, they over do the up sale.  I believe the lady mentioned in another post is the same one I encounter. She and all try to up sale, doesn't matter what you buy.  The lady though rolls her eyes and gets rude if you don't buy more than you want.  Otherwise a good car wash.

I asked for the $15 wash.  The attendant offered the gift card with a free wash.  I declined politely and told her I just wanted the $15 wash.  She tried to debate this with me several times.  I told her I would only like the $15 wash or my card back and I would leave, so she handed me my card back.  Very poor customer service.  I understand the concept of up-selling but when a customer politely declines several times and you loose a sale entirely the management needs to look at their staff and processes.

I have been going to Carmel for car washes for years.  Always great service.  Love that they recycle their water and use water based chemicals, assuming that's a valid claim.  Overall I like the business.
