This location was great, but I have to agree with Angel. I’ve had a monthly pass since September and canceled it today. From the vacuum rule, to requiring the barcode on my windshield (despite my car’s make/model being on file), it was time to move on. Still a great car wash in a pinch, especially the staff.

I have been coming here once a week every week since they opened.  I used to vacuum and then go thru the line to wash, fast and easy process. Apparently they added some ignorant rule where you have to wash first now, then circle the building and find a vacuum. If you have washed here before you know how much of a pain it is to even get in or out of the car wash cause of Ross Ave Traffic. I don't have all day to sit around at a carwash, it's about convenience! If this is your form to push a monthly pass it's a very poor way. Great way to lose customers though. Sad part about it is I actually enjoyed washing all of my vehicles here. After this I'll take my business elsewhere.

They did a great job on a car, and even though the place was packed we got in and out very quickly! Pay a little extra and get your car hand dried, then they will also blow out your mirrors and tires!

This place is very rude, the put the vacuums first before the car wash tunnel, then stand over you while your vacuuming to ensure you pay for a wash. I have a monthly subscription and the cashiers are very rude with a poor attitude. On top of that they door a poor job of hand drying your car and demand a tip.

I really like this place! Got a great car wash for $10 and then you get to use the vacuums for free. Loved it! Went pretty early on a Sunday and was in and out very fast. Will be back.
