Not that great. The guy who helped me didn't look like a runner, watched me run, didn't say too much, brought me some shoes and asked if they were comfortable... I'd expect more from a store specializing in running... no racing flats either.

I bought my first pair of running shoes at Fleet Feet a few years ago and I was so impressed by the service that it was the first place I went back for a new pair of shoes in December even though it's pretty inconvenient for me. I'm disappointed to say that I did not experience the same level of customer service. When I first walked into the store in the afternoon (which only seemed to have one other customer), I felt like the staff just didn't feel like helping me. It was almost the complete opposite of what I experienced at their old store. I left disappointed (and without new shoes). Maybe it was just a bad day?

I bought a pair of running shoes here in June, and they gave me blisters anytime I ran more than a couple miles. I kept expecting the blisters to go away and they never did. I brought the shoes back 5 months later and they exchanged them for a new shoe. This place is awesome and they stand by their return policy of "the sale is final once you feel great." You wont find another place that stands by their word like Fleet Feet does.
