so, I got black high tops converse shoes for back to school, they were about $60-$70. I loved the store! I gave it a 4 stars because they didn’t have the color I wanted in my size, which is fine, but it did make we a little disappointed, but the black is stylish too
i came in just to be fitted for a pair of Dr Martens ordering online on the Journeys website because there is a larger selection and i have big feet and one of the employees helped me find my size, AND saved me from buying Vegan ones vs the original leather ones, by explaining that the leathers are easier to break in. after finding my size i talked to the other employee about piercings and other stuff. super sweet customer service. it was my first time in, but they went above and beyond : definitely would recommend.
I had gone into this store looking for dress shoes for a new job with little hope of finding what I was looking for. I was approached immediately by a man who asked me how I was and then struck up a conversation based on the shopping bags that I already had in my hands. He was pleasant and when I told him what I was there for he did an outstanding job at showing me the limited selection that they had in store. Ultimately I had to walk away simply because there wasn't anything that caught my attention but that man deserved a shout out for sure and for anyone that goes in while he's working, know that you're in good hands. I only wish I'd got his name.

Was in there last Friday night and the service was absolutely outstanding. They helped me with a shoe and insert problem for my son. I already purchased the shoes from somewhere else but they still helped me and I’m so very thankful for these 2 gentlemen. Keep up the great customer service! Thanks again Alan and Joey!
