The Training Program here at Fleet Feet in Carrboro designed for beginning runners!

Story

The Summer No Boundaries Program will be starting on May 8th and training for 9 weeks. It will finish on July 4th for the Cardinal Track Club's Four on the Fourth race.

The Summer NOBO program will be meeting on Wednesday nights at 6pm and Saturday mornings at 8am.

I love Fleet Feet! From their training programs to social runs to individual fittings, everything you all do benefits the running community, no matter how casual or serious those runners are! I started running seriously in July 2016 after signing up for a NOBO training program and getting fitted for my first pair of running shoes. Since then I've increased my running distance, my confidence, and my group of friends. (And decreased my average pace, which is also awesome!) I would recommend Fleet Feet to anyone who wants to get started on a journey to being healthier and happier, because the staff will gladly take care of you.

I have extremely flat old feet and getting shoes that fit well is always an issue. I recently bought shoes at Fleet Feet and had an excellent shoe recommended and fit. I have been using the shoes for a couple of weeks and they are great. The staff is knowlegable and do an excellent job fitting and finding an appropriate shoe for their clients.

The staff are incredibly nice. They are very knowledgeable on their products without pushing purchases on you and they simply want to help the best way possible. I was very pleased!

My feet are wider than average and I've never been properly fitted for shoes, so I found out I've been wearing a size-and-a-half too large for years! Tyler was so helpful and gave me great recommendations. I would recommend Fleet Feet to anyone looking for great shoes and great service!
