I am very fussy about what salons I go to, especially more than once, and I absolutely love Ceremony. Lindsey has done my hair twice now, and she is a wizard with scissors and all around hilarious to chat with while she’s doing her work. The team has been nothing short of professional and operates as a well-oiled machine. Everyone is hospitable and accommodating. The cuts & color themselves have been absolutely beautiful and on point, always what I’ve asked for or better. Can’t recommend Ceremony enough, and with enough people complimenting my hair I easily get to!

This is the salon I've needed all my life. While the stylists seem more than capable of 'popular' hair solutions (blowouts, baylage, etc.), their skills extend to varied hair types and creative cuts. A special shout-out to Amelia, who gave me an amazing short cut which I could not have previously imagined or described. If you are looking for a hair guru, I recommend checking out Ceremony's IG, and making an appt.

I've visited Ceremony twice now and each experience has been great. My first appointment was for a color and the second a simple haircut. Each stylist took the time to hear me before they started. They also checked in throughout to let me know what they're doing with my hair and to get my opinion. I felt listened to even when I gave them vague direction and my hair turned out wonderfully each time. The price point is a bit high, but it's comparable to anything else you'll find in Chapel Hill. I don't remember the name of my first stylist, but most recently, I saw Alyshia and I highly recommend her.

Continuously loving this place! Beautiful,clean and upbeat location and vibe. Everyone is amazing and kind. I have only been twice ( would have been more had my stylist had availability lol) but I have loved both of my visits! Amazing products( no cheap stuff or bs products..only the best here lol) and even really cool fragrances, soaps and things that you can purchase.Kaeli is my stylist and she is so talented and really knows what she is doing. She makes you feel welcomed..never rushed! She is personable, sweet, great at her job..and EFFICIENT! If you are looking for a place that 1. Knows how to treat their clients. 2. Knows how to do some hair!! 3. That is up to date on all styles.. color, shags,bangs, color melts WHATEVER your heart desires.. then please check these girls out, they are awesome, awesome ,awesome. Even the owner is up there with her team... turning your nightmare hair(or just regular hair lol) into whatever dream hair you desire..
