I would highly recommend PCS Pets. 

I did a lot of research into different pet relocation companies, and PCS Pets stood out!  I was nervous about shipping my beloved dog (Cyndy), so needless to say I was quite heavily involved in the relocation process. 

I called to get my free quote and the team was just incredibly amazing. 

The price they gave me was exactly the amount I ended up paying. 
PCS Pets was my shipper and they were INCREDIBLE.  They calmed all my nerves and were incredibly accessible/responsive. 

My doggie (Cyndy) just landed in Germany this morning and everything went great! So pleased and happy to have her with me, she was so joyful to see me, I have never seen her tail wag so hard! 

Not only did PCS Pets update me at every step of the process, but they tracked her entire journey and updated me of her status – they updated me on her  

1.	officially being checked in for her flight
2.	her departure
3.	her arrival, 
4.	her transport to her overnight pet hotel stay, 
5.	@ pet hotel stay before she went to bed, 
6.	the next morning, 
7.	her transport to the airport and her check-in for her connecting flight.
8.	her departure
9.	her arrival to final destination 
10.	They even shared with me access to track each phase of the process along the way.

The PCS Pets team were such a pleasure to work with and assisted me with the health certs that my vet even gave me 20% off my health certificates as a result.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They took advantage of my husband and I (both military members) when we needed to move our pets from Japan to Guam to help care for my terminally ill father!!! Not only was I stressed about my family situation, this company CAUSED MORE STRESS when they DIDN’T provide the service they said they would!!! We paid thousands of dollars to have them facilitate the relocation of our pets. They LIED to us and when we became dissatisfied and wanted a refund, they NEVER REFUNDED us...despite their refund statement!!! I encourage everyone who got SCAMMED by ALEX HUNTER & PCS PETS to get the word out about these CROOKS!!!!

Amending my original review this is the complaint which I filed with the BBB. The company hasn't answered so the car sis closed. They also won't answer me via phone, email, or Facebook after a month of trying.

They failed to complete a major part of the process in moving our pets overseas and refuses communications...

I contracted PCS pets for our move to the UK and everything seemed fine but upon arrival we were told no one had filed a TOR residency request. We were told we would have to pay 700 gbp for our pets to be released. I had specifically asked Papers about customs issues based on a past customer complaint. The invoice for their services also covers customs and doesn't include this so it appears they simply didn't know the UK laws but it's their job to do so. Since this occurred they haven't even checked to see if we arrived safely and haven't answered 4 emails over a week or my 3 phone calls.
