Flex is an awesome high intensity workout. What I love the most is that each class is different and you don't know what it is going to be until you are there, therefore there is no time to talk yourself out of going! It is a group setting which pushes you to keep up with the rest of the class, but it is also created so you can work at your own pace. The staff is incredibly friendly and they treat you as friends. LOVE IT AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you are looking to get your butt kicked!

THE BEST GYM EVER. I have nothing bad to say about FLEX. I love all of the instructors. The music is motivating every single class. I feel like I get the best full body workout every time. I will never go to another gym!

I've played sports my entire life (softball, basketball, and volleyball) therefore I love the aspect of a challenge when I workout. Flex is an intense circuit based workout where you are constantly moving and challenging your body in multiple ways through various activities where the class you attend is different every day. I really enjoy my work outs here and you surely leave as a sweaty mess so you know you got your money's worth!

HIIT group classes. Amazing gym and trainers. Always challenging and the best results. Clean, good location, good hours.

I have taken a lot of workout classes, and FlexCity is by far the best workout. I love that every class is different. The classes go by so fast and all the instructors are great!
