There is really no direction when you walk in on what you should so as far as signing wavers and things like that for first time visitors. Staff is hardly seen in the lobby/yogurt area. The jumping area itself is very small, not really what i was expecting for a big city like Dallas. The rules are hardly enforced. Kids run around with no socks on and of course the place smells like feet,  but I'd be more concerned about my kids having thicker socks or making sure they're wearing some kind of anti fungus foot spray.

Sad excuse for employees. We welcomed ourselves in while the employees huddled and entertained themselves and ate frozen yogurt.  We also got to the register where they laughed and proceeded to ignore us until i yelled from across the room if "this was where we paid to get in?" Then they all turned still not one moved until one girl with a fork in her mouth came out from around the back of the bunch and rolled her eyes. She moved as slow as she could (no joke) and kept eating all the way to the register where she told another customer in front of us (with the fork still in her mouth) "it'd be better if they came back another day because they were gonna be closing within the next hour". The lady looked shocked and asked her kids if they still wanted to stay and they did. So did ours. She still didn't acknowledge me until i said "i need to pay for myself and my kids." I could have very well just walked in here and done whatever i wanted. A bunch of what looks to be like unsupervised kids running the place is how trouble starts. We love your gym, just not your employees.

Horrible experience. Reviewed seemed decent. Showed up at 7:45. Was talking into buying the “glow jump” package which saved us money. Was NOT told we couldn’t jump for over an hour. So I was stuck with 3 kids and nothing to do. The stuff apologized but did nothing to fix the issue. Then had an additives when we wanted a refund. There are TONS of other trampolines places in DFW... I do not suggest going here......

Rude employees. Called and told me they were open and there was passes. When we finally made it to the park the employee told us we could not go in because they were closed due to a private event. Neither the website nor did the employee let us know when I called. Extremely annoyed, definitely do not recommend. Smells terrible as well

This place is always too crowded. I was there last Saturday and it seemed like they had 3 employees working. Nobody was policing the area designated for smaller children. (this area isn't labeled very well to begin with. Bigger kids run in and out all day) No way is this place safe. We watched a kid being carried out and loaded into an ambulance when we were leaving.
