I won't to into extreme detail, but--with a recent family memorial service--there evolved a case of the Missing Floral Arrangement. The florist claimed delivery. The family, however, never received the arrangement or attached card. After a back-and-forth, time-consuming effort on our part (the floral arrangement senders), Flintofts--specifically, Allen Flintoft, took the high road and resolved the issue. Clearly, this was his customer-focused, solution-based approach. I now understand why this family owned business is now in its third generation of ownership. They truly understand that making sure client families are happy will bring business back, time and again.

The death of a loved one is hard enough and then you have figure out the next step. A friend recommended Flintoft's when our mother died and we feel so fortunate to have worked with Elizabeth. She guided us through the process, explained all our options and we never felt any pressure or judgement once decisions were made. But more then that, she was so kind, calming and caring. I can't say enough good things about an our experience at Flintoft's. Thank you Lisa.

I have worked with Flintoft's both as a pastor and as a grieving family member. I cannot say enough them. The comfort and professionalism they extended to my family will always be remembered. As a pastor, I am always relieved to hear that a family has chosen Flintoft's to work with because I know the family will be well cared for and loved through the process. Thank you Flintoft's.

Allen Flintoft is easy to deal with and a true professional. It was nice to know this is a family owned & operated funeral home.

5 stars hands down! Allen was amazing in a very hard time in my life. My step father passed and Allen treated my mother like family. He went above and beyond what I would expect from a funeral home director. The service was everything we expected and more.
