I have been going to the Lake Serene Clinic for more than 10 years and have had nothing but good experiences with them. My doctor has been Greg Lind for most of those years and have nothing but good things to say about his work and professionalism. I wish he had not retired. However my new doctor is Josh Webb and he has taken over with the same kind of care that Greg Lind provided. I am very pleased with all that the clinic has done for me over the years. They know their limitations and have referred me many times to a specialist for the condition that I had. They now belong to the Western Washington Medical Group and have a large number of specialists at their fingertips. There have been times where things did not go according to the way I thought they should have gone but I chalk that up to my own predetermination as to outcome and not to anything that anyone in the clinic did. I highly recommend these folks.

I started going to this clinic for myself and with my son 11 years ago.  While the Medical staff has remained consistently great the clinic itself has really gone downhill.  I've had a few instances recently where I literally had to do the "ahem" to get someone's attention because they were too busy talking.  When you do get their attention they treat you as if checking you in is an imposition.
On top of that I've had several problems with their billing that is always blamed on the lab or my insurance, etc.  The final straw (other than the ongoing attitude) was a screw up with billing that had a very small amount go to a collection agency (which is ridiculous since i have full coverage without even a co-pay).  I paid it as soon as it came to my attention (over 4 months ago).  I recently took my son in to be seen and was told I was on some "list" and they couldn't see him because of this unpaid amount.  They "couldn't" take the payment from me and it was past 5:00 so I couldn't contact the collection agency and couldn't get my son in to see the doctor.  I called the collection agency first thing the next morning and they showed it as paid and said they had notified the clinic as soon as it had been paid.  The Lake Serene claimed (of course) it was the collection agencies screw up.
Even if the amount hadn't been paid (less than $100) the idea that after going here exclusively for 11 years that I'd be turned away with a sick kid for ANY reason, much less for such a pittance, is absolutely beyond the pale.
It's a big giant pain in the butt to find a new doctor but I've absolutely had it with Lake Serene Clinic, which is sad because I could not have higher praise for the medical staff.

I have had mixed experiences here, some very good and some very bad.  I was misdiagnosed after multiple visits for the same thing and had I not self referred myself to a specialist I would have died since by then the infection (that they told me I did not have) had turned septic and I was wheeled into emergency surgery within minutes of arriving at the specialist.  I chose not to write a terrible review then and prayed they would do some training, but now a family member was just terribly treated by Greg Lind of all people.  I would have never seen this coming, but he looked this person in the eye and told them he didn't have cancer and accused him of being a drug seeker. Less than a week later my family member was admitted inpatient and is now receiving treatment for an aggressive cancer.  Lesson here, is that these guys can be ok, but don't expect them to care about your pain, and if your labs come back wierd, move on to a different doctor immediately.

I've been going to Josh Webb for almost 10 years. Quality care, great hours, great nurses too. Front desk staff has even improved. Love availability of hours and able to see other staff if need to get in right away. Love that nurses do follow up calls to see how I am feeling.

I've been going to Lake Serene clinic for more than a decade and have always received excellent care.  The doctors and practicing nurses there are willing to discuss your condition and treatment and not treat you like a three year old but rather involve you in your treatment.  I do miss Gregory Lind however, but I'm sure his talents are appreciated in the emergency rooms.
