We set up an appointment on Tuesday. We paid to have our tanks uncovered because they had time on Friday ( both my husband and I have 8-5 jobs). They said they would be here on Friday between 1-5; we took the afternoon off. We called  them after 4 and 5. We had evening plans. They said, "truck was in the area", both times. They called us at 6:18 and said truck was in route. The truck showed up at 7:40. Just as we finally decided to sit down to eat dinner - evening plan were cancelled. Sorry- we did our part- you did not FlowHawk. I do not recommend this company. They took great pride and energy to lead us on. Please choose someone else. Fortunately we needed help due to a permit requirement and not a crisis.  We will look for a company who appreciates our business.

This company is a JOKE, I had a appointment scheduled for today 4/18/2017 in the afternoon, then received a call from them the guy is running behind and it will be around 4 to 6 still know show then was told 6 to 8. Then at 9 I call and still know one had shown up, told me the guy was still behind. at 9:30 pm I got a call and was asked do I still want done tonight or tomorrow morning I said I am canceling and getting a different company the women at the other end hung up on me. I stay home from work all day, and on top have an elderly mother living with me and unable to flush and use running water. Very poorly run company.  it would not let me post unless I hit a star, so out of 5 stars it is a -5 stars....

These guys are nothing but crooks.  We needed a septic specialist to inspect and pump the tank prior to the sale of our house.  Showed up hours past the schedule.  When we finally got invoice, there was a comment on it with "tanks for sale".  They held our invoice hostage and would not process it until we got our so called "deficiency" fixed with them.  Even though the county's guidelines did not require it.  We called the office many times and depending who you talk to there's a different answer every time.  They love to play stupid, silly games.   DO NOT GO THRU THEM!  We decided to use another company to get our processing done.

Told me they would be around 1pm to 5pm, I get a phone call at 5 saying they will finally show up.  The fix only took less than 30 minutes but the plumber waited around an for 45 minutes just to get more time added.  Would not recommend.

The guys are pleasant enough but they tried to charge me for a bull session when another employee came to the site. Our problem was a bad sump pump. These guys wanted $1000 for the pump and $500 for the install since it is a rare hard to find pump, and extremely hard to change. I called HD Fowler and they had the pump for $250. The install took literally 20 minutes. Oh, and they wanted to pump the tank for $1500 before they would warrant the pump.

Tl;Dr version - I did it myself and saved thousands. These guys are crooks who prey on people during a crisis. Save yourself the headache and call someone else.
