I would like to extend my personal thanks to Terry Brooks for the excellent job he did for us regarding a probably somewhat unusual job we required. the results were no less than perfect, he arrived on time as agreed to his workmanship was efficient, professional and exactly as needed. After our experience concerning this work I would feel very confident in using his services for any future need and would be more than comfortable to recommend his company to any of my friends or family that might find themselves in need of plumbing services.

I love this company. They took care of us quickly and gave me a lot of information so I can learn more about my house. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Unfortunately I don't have a good review. I wish I could say something good but it was ...a different kind of experience for me. Not only I got overcharged for a very simple service but also Paul insulted me. When I asked why the price was so high he told me that I still had some things to learn about "business" since I bought my house only last year. I spent 7.5 years in colleges learning about business.  One thing you should  never do when you overcharge people is be condescending to them☺
I mentioned to Paul bad reviews on here and he laughed at it...They do have a different location posted on Google with less then 2 star reviews. 
That is customer care that they have!
Way to go guys! Keep it up you will be out of business in no time. 
I recommend White Knight plumbing to anyone who is looking for a good deal.
I did call around before I hired Brooks and they still overcharged me and insulted me.

Excellent service! Offered the most cost-effective option for fixing our leaky hose bibbs.

Paul showed up late,  looked at my problem, did a half an hour worth of work and charged me 300 dollars. He was a really nice guy and I think he did a good job, but is 300 dollars the going rate for a half hour plumbing job?  I kinda feel ripped off. I will do more research the next time I need a plumber I guess.
