Nice quaint area for recreational activities throughout the four seasons. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood with places for parking. Tennis courts, kids playground, basketball courts, and duck pond are all nearby.

Its a hill...part of a park...nothing special unless an outdoor event is taking place or it snows and everyone comes to sled ride.

Floods Hill, South Orange NJ absolutely love it. Great big open space park, been going to with the family for years as it’s a great open space. Has great sledding in winter and you can roll down the grass hill in summer. Has many concerts and sports teams, practicing all spring, summer and the fall. Great place to relax and have some family fun.

Great hill for young ones on snowy winter days. Drop the kids off at the top of the hill, wait for them at the bottom. Some areas more steep than others. No trees to worry about.
