I have been a customer of William and Floral Arts since 1993. The quality of the products is always excellent, and William is terrific at helping make sure I get the best possible arrangements for my money. When I send flowers to someone, the first response is thanks, and the second response is usually that the arrangement lasted a lot longer than expected. I don't use any other florist because in 24 years I've never had a single reason to.

Great customer service is still alive and well in Flagstaff. I had ordered flowers for a funeral in Buckeye through Floral Arts Ltd-Flagstaff online. They contacted me early the next morning, because of the location, it would be a little more. No problem as this was last minute. The day after the funeral I was told my friend never received the flowers. I called Floral Arts and they were all over it. The florist in Surprise really dropped the ball and never even filled the order. The owner of Floral Arts was so apologetic they offered to make a flower arrangement for my friend for Thanksgiving, and delivered it the day before, here in Flagstaff. It was a beautiful Thanksgiving arrangement and I am sure cost more than what I had originally ordered. It is obvious to me that they care about their customers, even a brand new one like me. I will be a customer of theirs for sure in the future.

Ordering the flowers over the phone was quick. I looked up the flower arrangement on the shops website, and was about to get something similar in the certain colors I requested. The lady who helped in placing my order was pleasant, but the only issue I had was the $10 she added to the price vs. what was advertised online. She insisted that it was the price shown, and shown by FTD, and that there where many other websites that might show a different price. BUT I told her it was showing on THEIR SHOPS website at $44.99, and so said she could take the price down, but would also reflect in the size of the bouquet. I don't like the idea of false advertising. That is all. But we were able to adjust the price to fit my budget. We will see how the bouquet turns out.
