When I called to order the flowers I had a great customer service and explain what I want it was purples and whites for my sister's birthday. I want an arrangement around $50 which I thought I would get a nice size arrangement for considering I order flowers probably once a month in California and receive beautiful large Arrangements. No one explained to me that it would be very small in fact smaller than a mylar balloon. When I called to explain my disappointment Jordan was very nice, but did not offer to fix it. Make sure when you order flowers you explain exactly what you were getting. Not worth the money at all.

I called to order flowers for my daughter to be delivered the same day and was slightly worried that they could not get them there since it is the day before Valentine's Day! The nicest person that took my order said it was not a problem at all. The flowers were delivered within 2 hours and looked very close to the picture from their website. I would definitely use them again. Thank you.

This review is long overdue. My wedding was in May 2016 in Sedona AZ. My flowers were absolutely gorgeous! Lauren was my florist. She put everything in a google doc so not only was everything easy to understand, it was all right there in writing. It has been almost a year since my big day and my bridal bouquet STILL HAS COLOR in it! That is how you know all the flowers Lauren picked out were fresh and well sourced. I had a lot of colors I was working with, but that was NO PROBLEM for Lauren! Everything came out better than I could possibly imagine. I wanted arrangements that were just the right mix of dainty and desert, which is why succulents, thistle, and sunflowers are a big part of my bouquet. If you want different, creative, and unique floral arrangements, DEFINITELY choose Sutcliffe! And DEFINITELY ask for LAUREN!

I walked in and I loved an arrangement that was already made. I was so impressed with it and it was so fresh and beautiful. I will be going back.
