Mountain high has treated me very well and I understand that the pictures on the internet will not be a perfect match of what I will receive. I have ordered from them a few times and every time they have been very respectful and timely on the preparation and management of my orders. The arrangements I have received have been beautiful! I would recommend them to anyone!

If I could give zero stars that would be my option. My best friend tried to send me flowers for my birthday as a surprise. A SURPRISE. She specifically asked them to contact HER if they had any questions because, again, it was supposed to be A SURPRISE. They ended up calling me to ask when I will be home and that I needed to be home between 10-2 to get the flowers. I told them that I can not commit to that and that they can leave the flowers in the leasing office of the apartments where I live. So the surprise was ruined and the phone call only got more weird. The lady who called me told me she did not want to leave them in the leasing office. Finally, I convinced her to. A few days later, I received a call from these weirdos stating that my friend had called and told them to come get the flowers and that I had been 'traumatized' and felt threatened by them telling me to stay home to get the flowers. I actually could not believe what I was hearing so I called my friend and asked her if she told them that. She said absolutely not, all she did was call them and ask, "Why did you call my friend, it was supposed to be a surprise, I asked you to call me?" The whole thing was so weird and the lady who works the phone, wish I had her name, is making up stories and they should not have called me. Every other time I get flowers they just take them to the leasing office. The flowers are not even pretty. I would never use this company.

Mountain High Flowers did the flowers for my wedding, and they were beautiful. All of the flowers were red roses - larger roses for the bouquets and smaller spray roses for the corsages. We had a bridal bouquet, a toss bouquet, two bridesmaids' bouquets, 3 jeweled corsage bracelets, and 9 boutonnieres. We bought the boutonnieres from Hobby Lobby (they looked like real red roses), and Mountain High Flowers added real greenery to all of them. We also purchased jewels from Hobby Lobby to add to my bridal bouquet and the groom's boutonniere, and they added just the right amount of sparkle. Mountain High Flowers also provided fresh greenery and red rose petals for the reception table centerpieces to go along with the fake red roses that we sprayed with glitter, also purchased from Hobby Lobby. If money were no object, we would have used real flowers for everything. Amber and Jennifer were both extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire planning process, and they made sure to ask questions to ensure everything was just how I wanted. They delivered the flowers and greenery right on time, and everything turned out just as I had imagined.

I'm very disappointed with Mountain High Florists. I've ordered 3 times from them and not once has the bouquet received looked like the one in the photograph on their website. Their reason was "Ok here's the dirty secret about pictures of flower arrangements on the web, they are like the hamburger pictures for the fast food joints...Our website is sponsored by teleflora and all the arrangement are arranged and photographed by them. We find this to be an ongoing problem that we can't fix." The bouquet arrangements received are not balanced and flowers are put into a vase, with no concern to placement. After writing and discussing the issue with the owner, Amber, I find the explanation an excuse for poor flower arranging. I give this florist shop 1 star since the only thing they did right was deliver the flowers between the hours I requested.

I ordered an arrangement through FTD that was fulfilled by this florist. The arrangement that arrived looked like something pulled out of a grocery store dumpster. The company admitted to the fact that there was "some shift in the delivery process" and that the driver made the mistake of not correcting the arrangement before giving it to the recipient. As far as the actual arrangement was concerned, a different vase to that advertised by FTD had to be used, which happens. However, the replacement of the vase vastly changed the final look of the arrangement. The neck was much larger than the advertised vase, causing the flowers to fall to the side leaving a large opening in the center that was stuffed with greens. I was told that the photos on FTD and the like are "overly open/blown flowers" and that they (Mountain High Flowers) choose to give their customer a longer lasting, open product that is "similar" to the picture. Unfortunately, that wasn't what I ordered. As with all online orders, I had given my email and phone number. Presumably this information could have been used to inform me of the total change in the look. As unhappy as I was with the product, I am giving them two stars as they were responsive to my complaints. In fairness, I have to say that I received a full refund from FTD, I could also have chosen a new arrangement in lieu of a refund. Bottom line, I believe this florist took too many liberties with my order without MY approval. Unfortunately, the first look my daughter got of this arrangement that was supposed to bring her comfort after some bad news, was disappointing to say the least. No amount of money or "redos" can change that first awful impression.
