The staff are great to work with and respectful to the residents. Late payments are not lenient with an impressive $135 added the the income restricted rent. If you take care of your bills you don't have to worry about it though. The apartments are great with an awesome kitchen and large bedrooms. The property is well maintained but amenities are lacking with the pool only opened a few months of the year and fitness room is mostly lame. Residents have all been friendly and respectful yet parking can be difficult. Over all this is a great place to live if your income is under the limits and enjoy a nice roomy apartment.
