Great staff. Nice hotel, dont let the outside fool you. The managers and owners of this Hotel care about their business. I recommend that anyone choose this hotel as their hotel.

This is NOT a 3 star hotel!! Our room smelled like mildew and urine. They didn't offer basic personal supplies at the front counter. The hot tub was gross with black things floating all around. We asked for 2 extra towels and got them, but were shamed by the guy up front. I do not recommend and will not be staying here again!!

Very easy to find. The hotel is very clean and the staff very friendly. The bathroom in my room is fabulous, very spa-like and honestly a super pleasant surprise!! Super close to very good, affordable transit. Great place to stay if you come to visit Salt Lake City!!

I was here for a weekend. The location didn't do the inside justice. The lobby was very nice. The rooms were great. I had two queen beds, a nice television, access to a fitness center and swimming pool. The breakfast was decent, although, I would suggest not getting a room near the dining room.

We just needed a place to sleep while on the road, we didn't expect a 5 star suite but this was horrible. We arrived late, checked in there was a $100 incidental fee which is more than I paid for the room. Elevator smelt like sewer and had gum stuck in 2 different spot on the floor. It had clearly been there a while. Finally got up to the room, key didn't work. Had to leave the other members of my party with all of our luggage in the hallway at 1:00am to go back down and try and fix it. When we finally got in our room it was blazing hot we set the temperature at the lowest it would go and opened the window the coolest it got was 80 degrees. Floors were dirty, you could see the dirt and horrible out dated as was the bathroom. There were bugs it the tub. When we went to check out in the morning and told the front desk about the AC there response was "K" and walked away. I would have preferred to sleep in the car at a rest stop. I got a better sleep driving in the car the next morning anyway.
