Flores Fine Art Gallery is located in the heart of Saratoga Springs. Frankie Flores’ paintings are known for their unique representation of emotion and movement, expressed through his vibrant colors and paint composition. His subject manner largely portrays the Saratoga culture; however, collections include the Adirondack and New England countryside, New York City, and the New Orleans Jazz culture.
