The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. They created an unforgettable experience for my family. I will forever remember the staffed who worked so hard to save my little brother.

The management in this hospital is very unprofessional. Supervisors treat their team members as garbage (I witnessed it and got very upset). The food is horrible and very expensive. It's a shame because the facility is very nice and modern, but the managers and supervisors are not fit for their positions here.

Nice hospital, but they really need to get it together. I was transferred here from the Winter Garden location to have my appendix removed, and when the paramedics brought me inside from the ambulance not a single person in the ER could point us towards the OR. Once we finally got to the OR, they were incredibly kind and competent and took very good care of me (although the anesthesiologist was rude to my nurse for taping up a piercing that could never be re-inserted instead of forcing me to take it out) and it was smooth sailing overnight. My pre-op, post-op, and overnight nurses were very kind and attentive, and I felt like my needs were being met and that I was not being ignored. My night wasn’t exactly comfortable, I don’t think anyone is really comfortable immediately after surgery, but I was well cared for and I could feel it. It made all the difference in the world. Once my morning nurse arrived, however, I received next to nothing from her. She came into my room to introduce herself and spent almost the entire time (at least 15 minutes) on the phone with someone else doing a report on a different patient. I informed them that I did not eat meat but they still brought me chicken broth for breakfast, so I informed them again that I could not eat meat and then replaced it with fried chicken and slices of bacon despite the fact I was on a clear liquid diet, as instructed by my surgeon. Finally, my technician snuck me some veggie broth and I was able to at least get something down. I called for my nurse multiple times over the course of several hours, asking for pain medication and nausea medication. She finally arrived hours later but only to discharge me. She asked me about my pain and I informed her it was fairly high and I’d like more medication since it was time for my next dose (actually past my next dose since she was late). She refused and removed my IV, telling me I was being discharged momentarily. She then went over paperwork with me for at least half an hour, and as my pain continued to increase she finally agreed to give me a pill that I had originally been prescribed for post-treatment (and then changed to a different prescription immediately because the pill contained medication that is harmful to me, which I explained to both her and my surgeon multiple times) instead of the IV medication I was supposed to be receiving. It then took another 15-20 minutes for me to be discharged and get a wheelchair to take me out to my car. Again, it’s a really nice building, and most of the staff is great. But I don’t believe that it’s acceptable to ignore a patient and their needs less than 18 hours after surgery. My nurse kept claiming that she was just busy and her day was just so hectic, but if it’s so incredibly busy that the nurses don’t have time to check on or talk to their patients, give them medication when they’re in pain or even a fricken plastic bag when they’re about to throw up, then the hospital absolutely must hire more staff. That is completely unacceptable.

I would give them no stars if I could. Worst hospital I have ever been to. Had my 10 year old son sitting in the emergency room for 3.5 hours while they kept taking people in front of him who got there after us! Then when I asked them about it they said oh it goes by severity. So I guess my son's case was not an emergency although he's missed over a week of school with stomach pain! Long story short after waiting those long 3.5 hours we walked out and will not be returning there ever!

I wish I had read the reviews before wasting my time going to this location and like previous reviews I also would have given this location a ZERO if I could. Went to the emergency room in a lot of pain which i explained to the receptionist and was told I would be seen shortly... after waiting for hour and not even being called back to start my vitals I go to the receptionist to get an eta and was told my name was NEXT to be call... after seeing at least 3 or 4 people come in after me and go back to get their vitals done I go back to the receptionist who was with the nurse who was taking the vitals asking when will I be seen and I was rudly told "HAVE A SEAT AND WE WILL CALL YOU" ... At that point I lost it and demanded my information be removed from their list and I will go somewhere else. I ended up going to an URGENT CARE....urgent care and was seen in 15 min... I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT LOCATION NOR WILL I EVER RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE... SAVE YOUR SELF THE TIME AND HEADACHE OF GOING THERE. This is the first time i have ever written a BAD review as I am not into bashing or giving companies a bad name but this experience was so horrible I felt it neessary to let people know what to expect
