Wow what a wonderful facility. I’m sitting here on Christmas Day at 1:30am with my sick grandmother and all of the staff (from the nurses to the receptionist) have been kind and accommodating. The building is clean and spotless, but above all, everybody has made a normally unpleasant experience a more pleasant one. I feel confident my grandmother is in good hands here and I’d like to thank the staff for being in such good spirits for the holiday.

Lovely facility. Went in on a late Sunday night and we were seen right away. No waiting. Treated quickly and with kindness and empathy and whole staff receptionist, nurses and doctor were wonderful. We were in and out within 2 hours which is pretty good for an ER visit. I would definitely recommend this office. Thank you for all the services you provided to us. Will definitely be going if ever needed.

My wife suffered a stroke due to a spontaneous carotid artery dissection. The doctor and staff quickly diagnosed it and had her medivaced to Florida Hospital South. Their quick acting helped save her brain from serious damage. I am VERY grateful to all the staff there, especially Dr. Chan. While I hope to never see them again under those circumstances, if the need arises I would definitely go to this emergency room.

Like other reviewers said, this is just an expensive Urgent Care... Even thought they were not that busy, they took forever to treat me.. they asked me for an urine sample before they could give me any pain medicine, Nobody offered to help me, knowing that I could barely walk due to pain.  After taking the sample, I called and told them I got it,  I had to call twice and after 30 minutes they came by and got it.  The Nurse, Jerry, was the only one that helped me.  I didn’t even see a doctor, I was seeing by a some nurse practitioner in training with the worse bed side manners I’ve seen in years, his name Ivan Enrique Castro, his method of Explaining things to a patient is kinda “Because I say so”.... I told him That I’m a Registered Nurse, and for me to be at the hospital means that I feel like I’m dying, He looked very uncomfortable and upset because I challenged his answer, he got out of the room and told me he’ll send his supervisor to talk to me because I wasn’t there for him to cure me but to make pain manageable.  Anyway, I ended up, leaving the ER, in tears because of the pain and with $850 bill deductible from insurance.

Don't go here if you can go to an Urgent Care center. This is like going to an Emergency Room and the bill will reflect it. You may have to pay your full deductible, copay and %. I didn't realize this until I was leaving. The service was great but it cost more than $700 rather than $35 at an Urgent Care :(
