I have been dealing with a work related injury and concussion and have been receiving physical therapy here. The staff are diverse in expertise and professional along with friendly. Everyone is very nice and seems to know each patient instead of it being a cold interaction each time. Daniel has really helped me a lot. Many thanks!

came in with severe neck pain, was vomiting and blacking out. They told me I had a migraine (I didn't, I have a genetic brain disease I've had brain surgery for and chronic pain flare ups, I KNOW what a migraine feels like) and they sent me home with diclofenac after I begged for hours for something, which is a medicine that does nothing for pain and is no better than motrin. The man that took my blood was obviously in training and stuck me over 5 times trying to get blood, leaving my arms bloody and swollen, not even covering them up and letting blood leak everywhere. I finally told them to discharge me. 

They treat you like you're a drug addict and refuse to help people in actual pain. Not sure why this place even exists, I can't imagine they help anyone.

Was not told on the phone before hand that there’s a co-pay or was not told to bring my referral with me. That would have been nice to know before driving all the way from Jacksonville, FL.
