I had an excellent experience here. Staff was very friendly. Tech was very friendly, helpful and very informative, gave good attention to details and needs. My options were explained well. Equipment use and maintenance were explained well. Prices were exactly as I expected. I would recommend that you know what your insurance covers, understand how co payments can change depending upon how much out of pocket and deductible you have left throughout each year etc. This will help you understand your financial responsibility. I believe that they will help you find the best payment options for you.  Facility was clean and comfortable. Wait time was resonable. I would highly recommend to get an appointment time when you are able to comfortably stay for up to an hour, if needed. I needed a lot information and feel that everything was addressed well. I did not feel rushed. I am looking forward to being their customer/patient for many years to come.

The best part of this place was Danielle S. Getting the ball moving forward after the multiple problems I encountered before even my first order. Sheesh!! Need ombudsmen phone# ASAP!

They asked for 1000 dollars to RENT a CPAP machine.  It costs less to rent a Ferrari.  Don't waste your time.  I'm very disappointed.

Outrageous pricing. I lost my leg and received a standard wheelchair from Florida Hospital Respiratory & Equipment.  FHR&E charged over $82.00 a month in a "rental" fees to my insurance company. I was unaware of the charges at first because I had reached my out-of-pocket maximum for the  year. I was surprised by the charges when the next year started. By that time FHR&E had already received almost $600.00 for a chair worth around $150.00 retail. To "resolve" the issue I had to return the chair so they can overcharge another person for the same device which was already paid for four times over. This year's out of pocket has already reached over $120.00  and I still need to purchase a chair for another $150.00 (approximately). This "Christian" organization takes advantage of it's paying customers. Do not be one of their victims.

Wish there were a ZERO star rating, but you have to chose one star in order to continue. Do NOT use this home care company. They fraudulently charged our credit card with charges that we DID NOT authorize. Had to get our bank to remove the charges and issue us a new credit card. Shame on you Florida Hospital, stealing from the disabled.
