>>PLEASE READ !!! >>>>>>>> >>>>> 02/27/17 Hello , I'm New to the city of Jacksonville,FL , all the way from California! I have bought my home with water issues here in JAX . Since I'm new around and don't know much ; I have contact this company which their slogan seem pretty attractive " We make Water Happen " to help me out with my problem ! They had three trucks coming in to fix my water problem expecting me to know what was the issue ! ( thats the reason I had called them in the first place , to come and suggest me what are my best options or what do I need to do ) instead they came in and started working on a old well that was already there ! Seem really unprofessional 3 young men with let me say no experiences at all , smoking cigarettes the whole 3 hours they where here, absolutely didn't solution me nothing !!! > That day 02/27/17 the tree red trucks left ! Saying they'll come back and finish ! Leaving me with no water at all ! The next day I called and called the company to see what had happened ! I was communicating with a lady their secretary or what so ! Which was really unhelpful and told me that one of their guys was coming back to pick up the money of the labor of that day ! LABOR !? They didn't do nothing ! And she told me they had to do a new estimate on what to do next !? I gave her my email waiting on her response! Never go nothing ! 02/28/17 at my door I had the guy coming in to pick up the money ! For a job that's was never even started or done !!! Today 03/01/17 I called to see what happen with my new estimate after paying the guy for their labor and all ! This company treats me like an idiot and tells me my new estimate is around $6,000 dollars ! Yes 6k !???! Are you serious!!! (Please) I never do this google reviews (since I had my own business in back and california) But this is not just bad Costumer services or a bad review of unprofessional workers ! This is and abuse of a plumbing company thowars a first time home owner !

They knew my pump better than I did without even seeing it first. They had the parts I needed. They made the job easier with good advice. They are nice people

Got lured by a discount coupon only to have guy my irrigation system apart and even though he realized the filter and pipe in the water was not the issue he failed to reassemble it before he left and simply added the cost to my price quote to do even though I already paid for the quote. Now unless I accepted a higher quote then my other two quotes, I'm stuck with paying someone else to reassemble my pipe and filter under my dock, again that was not the issue. The nice young man assured me he would, but now it's take the aprox 80. For estimate, plus 639 for 1.5 irrigation pump plus plus labor for reassemble my pipe n filter. I wish they would just put it all back the way they found it, I'd be happy with that.

FANTASTIC service. I had my septic waste-pump get hit by lightening. Called Florida Pump and the nice lady helped me immediately and they had the pump in stock. When I walked in the door the pump was on the counter ready to go! Just before I left she asked if I needed a septic pump and I told her I thought it was about time so she scheduled me for the next day. They called an hour before arriving and the two gentleman that arrived were AWESOME. I want to thank Jake and Johnny for a first rate job and I will definitely recommend Florida Pump to all my friends.

Had a little problem with CC, they tried to contact me but I was out of town. Once I called them, they got right on it. My part was right on time and just what I ordered,Perfect!
