I made an appointment and was on time. At my appointment time I received a text that they were not ready for me. I found a seat along with my 9 month old daughter. 5 min later I received a text saying to come to window 1. When I got there the lady was helping someone else. She told me I couldn't stand there and to go to the back of the line. I tried to explain to her that I received a text to come to window 1. Shew said "well you missed your turn." She redirected me to another line which ended up redirecting me back to her line. She never helped me. Another employee saw me standing there with a baby after an hour and decided to help me. If the first lady actually listened to me and wasn't rude it would have been a great experience. Happy birthday to me. 1.5 hour wait with an appointment just for a tag renewal smh.

The worst dmv on the planet! I signed in and the wait said one hour. I waited 55 min then I was notified my wait time went up to a hour and 44 min. Then about 15 min later my wait time went up to 3 hours and 25 min. What kind of system is this? How does someone's wait time constantly go up like that? If the wait is a hour then it's a hour. Needless to say I am still sitting here with no end in sight. All I need to do is turn in a tag and renew my drivers license. Literally will take five min. I don't mind waiting a hour or so but why can't they just tell me the truth and say it will be a all day wait. It's not even that busy. The staff is unprofessional and does not know how to communicate correctly at all. I don't recommend going to this one. I wouldn't even tell a enemy to go here. Worst worst worst dmv on planet earth!

I never had problem with my visit. Waited 2 mins after my scheduled time and 10 mins to get my license after my driving test.

The hours online say 8 yet the door says 830. I understand that government buildings and worker are a little slow. But why on earth don't you put out the right information?

Drivers license was stolen... went in to get another one printed... was told I'd have to make an appointment. I reiterated I just want to pay for a replacement and they responded it was not possible. The next available appointment was 2+ weeks from now... great... ridiculous I can't wait to see what else they can come up with to make the DMV even more ridiculous and difficult oh and also someone peed all over one of the seats and floor no one cleaned it up for over 2 hours I gave up and left... never going there again!
