Great experience with them!! Walked in knowing what I wanted and left with exactly what I wanted!! Amid and Tony were great to work with, even got it delivered when I asked! Only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because, even after the 2 of the delivery men had already stated they were going to have a beer while waiting for the other man to come back with my screws. After they left, they was a beer can in my front yard!! Everything else with them went smoothly and fast!!

My husband and I stopped in here just to check out their mattress selection. We were nicely greeted by a man at first. After looking at all they had to offer the man who was helping us became very pushy. He insisted that we shouldn't go anywhere else and he had the best deals. We were only shopping around and seeing what everyone around town had to offer and once we told him that he became SO rude to us. I wouldn't reccomend this place at all. Being rude to a customer because they aren't interested in what you're selling is unprofessional and immature.

Don’t not order your funiture here. Amid was very helpful when I came in to order funiture an made down payment. But when the leasing company sent me an invoice that was different from what he gave me, I called an tried to answers on the difference he told me to forget them an listen to him. I’m like they have my information though I’m just trying to figure out what going on An he hung up on me. I called back multiple times they didn’t answer but took my down payment smh. VERY Unprofessional. Very bad customer experience/service

My experience started out good and ended badly. The rugs i ordered had been delivered to another customer after I stated the day i bought them to take them down so this doesn’t happen. So now i have been trying to get a refund of my money for 2 weeks and I’m beyond upset. While I’m telling them one of the rugs i ordered is missing, one of the workers is asking to take me out. Very unprofessional, very unsatisfied, very pissed.

The people at Florissant Furniture are a class act. They went above and beyond to help us in what we expected to be a tedious process. They said they would take care of us and they truly did. They really know the meaning of customer service. We never knew furnishing a home could be such a pleasant experience. Thank you for making this next step in our lives one of ease! 5 STARS!!!!
