Always a great experience at this location. I purchased patio lanterns last week and discovered today they were now on clearance. I went back to the store and received the credit in no time at all and the young lady was very sweet and joyful. Of course I went to get a few more lanterns at the bargin price ... Win - Win!

Why does it take twice as long to pickup an online order than if I shopped myself? Why did the previous clerk tell me I don't get a receipt - I had to print one myself from my email? It seems to me that most employees have no idea what is going on. I received a call telling me my order was ready for pickup. I asked if the codes for all three door locks were the SAME. The clerk said she would check - but she did NOT because they were NOT the same. Customer service was clueless when I mentioned that the codes needed to be the same. After waiting over 10 minutes for my printed receipt, I had to come BACK into the store because an alarm went off when I left. The Florissant location use to be efficient, friendly, and fun . . . we knew most of the mangers, sales workers, and cashiers. It seems like the good employees are gone and replaced by people who don't know and/or don't care. I want to shop where I live but after my last three purchases in Florissant, it seems like I really need to drive further to the Bridgeton location where my online pickup took less than 1 minute and it was awesome!

They suck spend over an hour waiting for a flooring associated and no one came. Terrible costumer service

Got new floors for the whole house,an expensive job..and they didn't send all the pergo flooring..so it's been weeks now and still haven't completed the job..this store is horrible and completely unorganized..bad business

Help difficult to get, store seem to be running on a skeleton crew. However, when help did arrive in the person of Demetrius it was better. Demetrius answered questions 're: purchase of doors and was courteous and patient.
