I called and scheduled an appointment with Keeven to find out why my water line to my refrigerator was not working properly.  The serviceman, "Mike," called me this morning wanting to know what the problem was.  I explained that the pressure of the water from the refrigerator was not good.  He replied, "I don't need you to diagnose the problem I just need you to tell me the symptoms."  Very rudely and disrespectfully!  I called back to speak with the so called owner,  Mary to let her know what happened and she basically just made excuses up for him.  Saying he was trying to see what the problem was.  Keeven needs to remember customers have choices when they are spending their money.  If you expect a company to talk to you any kind of way Keeven is the company for you.  But if you expect good customer service find someone else to service your appliance.
