We called Flow Right earlier today after a sewer backup.  Jeremy was at our home within a couple of hours and quickly evaluated what needed to be done.  When he needed a partner, the company made every effort to send someone else.  No one was available, so an estimator/foreman, Eric, came out to help so we wouldn't have to wait until the next day.  Both were courteous, informative, and efficient in handling the problem, going out of their way to offer suggestions for things we could do in the future to avoid a recurrence.  Highly recommend.

Just had a new kitchen faucet installed by Greg from Flow Right.  He arrived right when they said he would, and was able to find my place with no trouble ( I live out in the sticks).   He did a good job quickly and was careful to clean up when he was finished, very pleased with his work!  The new faucet looks great. Thank you Greg and Flow Right !

Flow right was amazing.  I called for a water leak, and a plumber was dispatched in literally less than 30 minutes Brandon arrived and appropriately introduced himself..  I acknowledge that there might be a bit of luck involved in scheduling ,  but Brandon was knowledgeable, efficient and very polite.  He asked permission before cutting holes in the ceiling to drain the water and help prevent mold.  He quickly deduced the problem (a leaking shower pan), and did all he could to help.  In two hours I was back to work with a plan in mind on how to address my problem.  I would recommend flow right without pause or hesitation.    Thank you Brandon, and thank you flow right!

Greg Martinez of Flow Right Plumbing arrived at our home shortly after a courtesy call from Darlene notifying us that he was on his way here.  He was personable and professional and began the repair work.  We really appreciated the quality of his work and that he kept his work area as neat as possible.  Greg was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable.  We will call Flow Right in the future for any plumbing needs.

We just purchased a house over 100 years old and it had not been lived in for close to 20 years.. We had a number of issues to resolve in a short window of time. Slow drains, garbage disposal replacement, tying off and removing old sinks, replacing bent copper tubing, switching out shower heads that required rerouting of water pipes, etc.  Spoke with Darlene the dispatcher and she sent Robert to us.  She gave us an appointment time with Robert and he arrived on time..  Robert stayed on task, repaired and installed everything.  Pointed out good strategies to address future plumbing needs, and UNBOUND the Garbage disposal, so no replacement. We had all these things repaired or replaced in under 4 hours I am so glad I called Flow Right and worked with these excellent people.
